He had 17 camels, and they were the main source of his income.usake paas 17 oont the, aur ve usakee aay ka mukhy srot the.

While their father had divided all the property he had into three equal parts, he had divided the 17 camels in a different way.jabaki unake pita ne apanee saaree sampatti ko teen baraabar bhaagon mein baant diya tha, unhonne 17 oonton ko alag tareeke se baanta tha.
They were not shared equally among the three as 17 is an odd number and a prime number, which cannot be divided.unhen teenon ke beech samaan roop se saajha nahin kiya gaya kyonki 17 ek visham sankhya aur ek abhaajy sankhya hai, jise vibhaajit nahin kiya ja sakata hai.
The old man had stated that the eldest son will own half of the 17 camels, the middle one will get one third of the 17 camels, and the youngest one will get his share of camels as one ninth!boodhe aadamee ne kaha tha ki sabase bada beta 17 oonton mein se aadhe ka maalik hoga, beech vaale ko 17 oonton mein se ek tihaee milega, aur sabase chhote ko oonton ka nauvaan hissa milega!

He was assigned 1 / 3 of the total camels.unhen kul oonton ka 1/3 saumpa gaya tha.
It came to 18 / 3 = 6 camelsyah 18/3 = 6 oont aaya
The second son got 6 camels as his share.doosare bete ko usake hisse mein 6 oont mile.
Total number of camels shared by the elder sons – 9 + 6 = 15 camels.bade putron dvaara saajha kie gae kul oonton kee sankhya – 9+6 = 15 oont.
The third son read out his share of camels: 1 / 9th of the total number of camels – 18 / 9 = 2 camels.teesare bete ne oonton ke apane hisse ko padha: oonton kee kul sankhya ka 1/9vaan – 18/9 = 2 oont.
The youngest one got 2 camels as his share. The youngest one got 2 camels as his share.
Totally there were 9 + 6 + 2 camels shared by the brothers, which counted to 17 camels.kul milaakar 9+6+2 oont bhaiyon dvaara saajha kie gae the, jinakee ginatee 17 oonton tak huee.
